Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Students who can not attend a class due to extenuating circumstances will be permitted to attend a future class at no additional charge. Documentation of the extenuating circumstance will be required.
Students who need can not attend a class, will be permitted to schedule a future class a $20 reschedule fee.
Course CANCELLATIONS
Inclement Weather:
Courses cancelled due to Inclement Weather will be announced on our Social Media Pages and via Email to the Email Address you provide.
Course Host Cancellations:
Courses may be cancelled by the host site at anytime, with little notice. Such cancellations will be announced via Email, Phone Call as well as our Social Media Platforms.
Cancelled courses will be rescheduled and students will be re-admitted at no cost.
Students unable to attend the rescheduled date, will be permitted to attend a future class, provided A Life in your Hands is notified within 72 hours of the new date being announced.
If you can’t attend a rescheduled date send us an email and we will advise you on how to schedule a new class at no additional cost.
